Grate carrots
Powder oats and soak it in a cup of milk along with rava for 15 minutes
Heat up clarified butter and fry carrots on high flame for 5 minutes
Add sugar and cardamom powder
Add milk and let it simmer until thick
Give a churn to oats semolina mix in a mixure, add salt and baking soda, adjust the thickness by adding more milk, it should not be too runny
Grease a pan and make pancakes with oats batter by flipping on both the sides
Keep them warm
Spread a pancake, keep some carrot halwa in the center and roll it
Cut into too, drizzle some maple syrup
Take remaining halwa and shape them like carrots, tuck some edible leaves to give it a look of a fresh carrot, if you can get carrot leaves itself, it will be great
Garnish it with pistachios and Serve it along with pancake rolls.
Kids will love it, they will learn a few things in a fun way while eating it.
